Icebox Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Sift flour; add salt, pepper, nuts and cheese. Add mixture to creamed butter.
    Make 2 rolls.
    Wrap each in wax paper.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Slice thin and bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
