Sweet Potato Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peeled, cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (1/2 lb. raw)
    1 1/2 tsp. melted corn oil margarine
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    1 tsp. baking powder

    Preheat

    skillet
    over
    medium
    heat. Combine
    slightly
    beaten egg white, cooled sweet potatoes and milk in medium sized bowl.\tBeat until well mixed.\tAdd flour, baking powder and salt.
    Stir until smooth.
