Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, diced
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. salad pickles
    1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes; place in boiler covered with water. Add salt and cook until tender.
    Drain and mix all ingredients together.
    More mayonnaise may be added, if needed.
    Serve warm or cold.
