Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh cranberries (can be frozen), washed and stemmed
1 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
1 large pkg. or 2 small lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Chop cranberries in food processor and place in large bowl. Pour 1 cup sugar over cranberries. Pour crushed pineapple over sugar and cranberries.
Set aside.
