Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 eggs
Preparation
    With fork, blend eggs.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix in all other ingredients.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, until brown.
