Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. onion
    2 sticks margarine
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cheese and margarine at room temperature.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Add onion, broccoli and eggs, that have been beaten. Mix all of this very well.
    Next, blend in the bread mixes and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes. The bread should be done but not hard.
    It will be a little soft in the center.
