Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    dash of pepper
    salt to taste
    2 slices cheese
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; slice thinly.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Add onion, salt and pepper.
    Add soup and 1 can water.
    Bake until done.
    Add cheese slices and cracker crumbs.
    Brown in oven.
