Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper for mild bread
3 eggs
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
