Ingredients

1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. jello vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. corn syrup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Preparation

Blend pudding with syrup.
Gradually add milk and egg, stirring to blend.
Add nuts.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until top is firm and begins to crack (about 40 minutes).
Cool 3 hours before cutting.
