Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. raisins, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, sugar and poppy seed in mixing bowl. Make \"well\" in center.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until moistened.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
