Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
1 lb. squash (can use canned or frozen)
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
20 saltine crackers
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add butter, milk, crushed crackers, beaten egg, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Cook for 25 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven (tastes like oyster stew).
