Shrimp Filled Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. green onion bottoms, chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
12 ribs celery (remove strings and cut into 2-inch lengths)
Preparation

In a processor or food blender, put 1/2 pound of the shrimp, cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, mustard and onions and blend to a puree.
Remove to a bowl.
Chop the remaining pound of shrimp and add to bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients except celery and mix well.
Fill celery pieces with the mixture and arrange on serving tray.
Chill before serving.
