Dieter'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red potatoes, boiled and diced (leave the skin on)
    1/2 c. cold, steamed broccoli
    1/2 c. cold, steamed cauliflower
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lightly toss all ingredients and chill.
    Surprisingly tasty and satisfying.
    Serves 2.
