Golden Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
milk

Preparation

Grease stick pan.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg well.
Add Sweet 'N Low to mayonnaise; mix well.
Alternately add meal and milk until a thin batter is formed.
Pour into greased stick pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields 7 corn sticks.
