Bevo Mill'S Cheddar Cheese And Chive Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flour
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. dried chives
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. melted margarine
2 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add butter and oil while mixing until all oils are mixed in.
Add milk and knead just until mix pulls away from side of bowl.
Don't overmix.
Drop on ungreased baking sheet from a large spoon.
Each biscuit should weigh about 2 ounces.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until done.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
