Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix in saucepan the sugar and cocoa. Stir in butter, milk and corn syrup. Bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Take from heat. Add immediately the sifted confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts. Stir until sugar is completely blended. Turn into 8-inch square pan and pat out with fingers. Cool. Cut into squares.
