Florida Wild Plum Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. Florida wild plums (mine were picked by Bill Gregory) to make 52 c. of juice
    1 pkg. Jel-Ease or Sure-Jell
    7 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bill and I found that substituting 1 1/2 cups frozen apple juice for 1 1/2 cups plum juice made less tart jelly.
