Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    3 c. stale bread
    1/3 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and ground allspice
Preparation
    Heat tomatoes and margarine in saucepan until margarine melts. Mix in bread, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered baking dish and sprinkle with allspice.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
