French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve plain or top with whipped cream.
