Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry peeled and cubed potatoes in hot oil until as brown as you want. Add parsley flakes, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix water, lemon juice and sugar.
Add to potatoes. Cover to steam until all water is boiled away.
