Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    6 to 8 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except pork chops.
    Place mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place pork chops on top of mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
