Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.
    Cut onions and pepper; add to cooked carrots.
    Mix together tomato soup, sugar, oil and vinegar; pour over vegetables.
    Let stand overnight.
