Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apple puree *
    1 can frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot until dark and thick, about 24 hours.
    Cook without lid for about 8 to 10 hours of the 24.
    Put into sterilized canning jars and seal.
    Boiling water bath 10 minutes.
