Potato Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato
1 large clove garlic
2 Tbsp. tahini or peanut butter
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
cayenne pepper to taste
toasted pita wedges (for dipping)
Preparation

Boil potato (peeled) and garlic until tender.
Mash potato and garlic; add tahini or peanut butter, lemon juice, water, cumin and salt.
Add cayenne pepper to your liking.
Serve with salad and toasted pita wedges for dipping.
