Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Press roll dough into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan to form crust, sealing edges. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in mixer bowl until blended.
    Pour over potato layer.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is golden brown and eggs are set. May substitute potatoes O'Brien for hash brown potatoes.
    May use any combination of cheeses.
    Yields 6 servings.
