Super Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 or 4 lb.) roast
1 pkg. onion soup
4 to 6 good size potatoes
2 to 4 carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wrap the meat in aluminum foil with the top left open.
Put the cream of mushroom soup over the roast.
Sprinkle onion soup over this.
Salt and pepper.
Wrap airtight and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Slice carrots and potatoes; spread them around roast. Bake for 1 more hour at 350\u00b0.
