Blueberry Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. blueberries
Preparation

Place butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla in large bowl.
Mix 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add flour, baking powder and soda.
Beat 1 minute at low speed.
Spread 1/2 of batter in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle half mixture over batter.
Sprinkle half of blueberries over batter.
Drop remaining batter in mounds on top. Sprinkle remaining blueberries and cinnamon mixture over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
If frozen berries are used, increase baking time.
Very good served warm.
