Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. ketchup
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. mustard
dash of red pepper
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add vinegar, then other ingredients.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
This makes 1 quart.
Leftover sauce keeps well in refrigerator.
