Garden Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain and
    squeeze
    spinach
    through strainer.\tCombine all ingredients and mix well.
    Serve on rye bread with a slice of Swiss cheese, sunflower
    seeds
    and sliced mushrooms.
    Warm in microwave for 1 minute.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
