Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. each
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
    onion and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Marinate all ingredients for 2 hours.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Cook for 20 minutes for rare.
    Cook for 28 minutes for medium-rare.
