Baked Potato Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    vegetable oil
    Velveeta cheese
    chopped chives
    green onion slices
    crisply cooked bacon
Preparation
    Brush both sides of potato slices with oil; place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
    Top potato slices with cheese spread slices and sprinkle with desired topping.
    Continue baking until cheese begins to melt; serve hot.
