Egg Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    12 slices bread, cut and remove crusts
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    9 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Add salt, pepper, dry mustard and bread cubes.
    Fold in cheese and sausage.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (no butter).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Take out 1 hour before baking at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 9 to 10.
