Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 oz. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 c. cream
    2 c. celery, chopped
    8 c. water
    2 c. carrots, grated
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add water and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
    Add carrots and pimento (if desired).
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat and add Cheez Whiz and cream.
    Do not boil!
