Helen'S Christmas Fruitcake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, broken and coarse
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pitted dates, cut in large pieces
    1 c. candied fruit
    1 c. flour, divided
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    finely grated peel of 1 large orange
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine walnuts, raisins, dates and candied fruit.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of flour.
    Toss with hands to coat and separate pieces.
    Set aside.
