Bill'S Deer Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1 lb. ground lean hamburger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Cut into 1 pound strips and roll in foil; twist the end of the foil.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Take out and cover with water and boil for 1 1/4 hours. Cool and enjoy.
