Orange Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box orange jello
1 envelope Knox gelatine (optional)
1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 cans mandarin oranges (not drained)
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cool Whip
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello and gelatine in boiling water.
Add pineapple and oranges.
Mix together and refrigerate overnight or until congealed.
Mix mayonnaise and Cool Whip.
Spread on top. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
