Red Cabbage(From The Northwoods Inn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne or hot Hungarian paprika
Preparation
    Put ingredients into bowl; mix well.
    Let stand several hours or overnight to allow flavors to mellow and slaw to turn deep red.
