Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bunches chopped broccoli
1 large sliced red onion
1/2 large box black seedless raisins
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Mix broccoli, onion, raisins and pecans.
Pour mixture over vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Cook bacon, crumble and add to mixture.
Serve in a clear bowl for looks.
