Lime Green Creamy Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. \"hot\" water
1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
1 small pkg. pecan pieces

Preparation

Mix together cottage cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
In another bowl, mix boiling hot water and lime Jell-O together to dissolve Jell-O.
Pour dissolved Jell-O solution into an oblong Pyrex bowl.
Stir in drained crushed pineapple.
Stir in pecan pieces.
Stir in cottage cheese-mayonnaise mixture.
Chill for several hours in refrigerator.
Cut into squares and serve.
