Burrito Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. refried beans
    4 oz. mild green chilies, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 oz. sharp cheese
    8 flour tortillas
    1 c. chopped lettuce
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Combine beans, 2 tablespoons chilies, onions and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
    Divide into 8 sections.
    Shape into 5-inch patties.
    On one side of each patty, place slice of cheese.
    Fold over, forming semi-circle.
    Seal.
    Grill over hot coals; turn and cook.
    Serve burgers in tortillas.
    Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and remaining chilies.
