Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Mexican cornbread mix
    1 regular cornbread mix
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitution)
    1 large diced green pepper
    1 medium onion (yellow, white, purple)
    1 diced tomato
Preparation
    I cook both mixes together and bake in an iron skillet. Crumble cooked cornbread in a large bowl.
    Add mayonnaise and diced vegetables.
    Mix well, cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
