Caias (Do-Nuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    oil (to fry)
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine rice, Bisquick, sugar and spices.
    Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and cooked rice mixture. Mix well and chill for 1 hour. heat oil to 400\u00b0. Drop the batter in the hot oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, and fry about 3 to 5 minutes. Make glaze of last 3 ingredients and spoon over hot Caias.
