Quick Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage or 1 small
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce (Open Pit)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Brown meat and onion in skillet.
    Stir in rice, salt and pepper.
    Chop cabbage in small pieces.
    Put in bottom of baking dish.
    Add meat mixture on top of cabbage.
    In small pan, beat water, soup and sauce; pour over mixture.
    Enjoy!
