Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 to 5 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. oregano (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Place all ingredients,
    except
    pork chops, in blender. Blend on high speed until
    sauce is mixed and smooth, about 30 seconds. Place
    chops
    in
    regular
    or
    electric
    frying
    pan preferably, and pour sauce over all.
    Marinate chops, covered, for
    3
    hours. Bring sauce to bubble, then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Makes about 1 3/4 cups marinade.
