Fluffy Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. whipping cream whipped or Kool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice, and set pineapple aside. In a saucepan, combine gelatin, water and reserved juice.
    Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Refrigerate until syrupy, about 30 minutes.
    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, stir in gelatin mixture, nuts, marshmallows, and pineapple.
    Fold in cream and transfer to a 1 qt. serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
    Serves about 8.
