Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 broiler/fryer chicken quarters
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Brush chicken with melted butter.
Place on grill over a medium fire (ash-covered charcoal) for about 30 to 45 minutes, turning frequently.
