Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 large, chopped onion
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    2 buds garlic, diced
    2 large cans tomatoes
    1 c. mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck; drain any grease off.
    Cook onion and hot pepper with meat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook about
    1 1/2 hours on medium heat.
    Stir often.
