Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto or kidney beans, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) can corn, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (pieces and stems), undrained
    1 to 1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In 3 or 4-quart kettle, lightly brown beef and onion.
    Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, mushrooms, plus taco and chili seasonings.
    Bring to a boil and simmer at least 45 minutes.
