Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. onion
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Thaw frozen chopped spinach.
Put in strainer.
Squeeze to remove water.
Combine hot water and lemon gelatin.
Dissolve gelatin, then add cold water and vinegar.
Let set until mixture is syrupy.
