Hamburg Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1 small can mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
rice (at least 1 cup or enough to cover dish)
Preparation

For every 1 cup of rice there should be added 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
